My best HVAC experience ever. A/C was out in the bedrooms and I called my maintenance supplier of 8 years who told me they were really busy and couldn’t get me on schedule for 4 days. Called Acosta yesterday and they were friendly and empathetic to my situation and had a technician scheduled for today. Andy B, the technician, was respectful, efficient and found the issue and corrected it quickly and has a very positive attitude (which was impressive in the 95-degree heat). Probably the best service tech I have encountered in years. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Acosta has a “customer first” attitude. Had a prior contact with Acosta on system replacement and was impressed with Eric Acosta’s professionalism and attention to detail. While his price wasn’t the lowest, I decided he was the most reputable and sincere.

We have been using them for 24 years (in our former house and this one) and would not change because they always do a great job. In our former house we bought 2 Trane heating units and 2 Trane air conditioning units to replace the original ones. Whatever the problem or concern, Acosta was always very prompt. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a week since your fellows were hard at work installing my system. I have been meaning to write ever since they finished on Friday evening to say that I cannot praise Chad Hubbard and Mike Turner highly enough. They could not have been more professional or considerate throughout the process, and they instilled high confidence both in my purchase and in Acosta. Details like getting the closest-colored downspout to my brick and making it absolutely plumb are the kinds of things that made all the difference.

On June 27th 2015 I made an appointment with your company to have my air conditioning system repaired.
I have previously used Morris Jenkins for the past 7 years. After 3 different appointments with them and 3 different technicians they were ABSOLUTELY unable to provide a solution. They were like the 3 stooges guessing at what could be wrong. There techs were of the used car salesman caliber.

The HVAC unit broke in the home we have for our son in our back yard, the first time we had to turn the heat on this season. The wonderful staff at Acosta made it a priority to get out that day and evaluate the problem.
Unfortunately, we needed to replace the 20 year old system. They came back out three days later with the new unit, thermostat, and duct work. Though the proposal called for reinforcing the existing duct work, when the crew was under the house they realized that it needed to be replaced.
Despite the additional work, the crew still managed to complete the installation in one visit and without incurring an additional expense. Both the service crew and installation crew called ahead to let me know when they were arriving, and showed up on time. They cleaned up every bit of the old system and removed all the trash. They were pleasant and professional.
I anticipate having to replace the unit in our house as well due to age sometime within the next year and my first and only call will be to Acosta Heating and Cooling. Thank you again for the
