"I would like to take a moment of your time to let you know of the outstanding efforts, and strong focus on customer service, that two of your employees have recently shown. I had requested that your company perform repair work on my Comfortmaker heating and cooling system, including the replacement of the compressor. I can honestly say that neither my wife nor I can recall a situation where we have worked with a more pleasant person. A person more dedicated to making sure our repair was successfully completed and that we were comfortable, or a person more professional in his approach to his job, his company and his customer. It was a real pleasure to meet him and to have him perform the work on our problem. The dispatcher handled the scheduling was also extremely pleasant to work with and anxious to help resolve the problem. She was clearly focused on making sure we were happy with Acosta's service, and worked to fit our schedules. I would like to recommend that both of them to be strongly considered for any customer service recognition or awards that you might provide.
