How to Redeem Your Free 10-Year Warranty

This is an online-only redemption process – mail-in forms will not be accepted.

  1. After your generator has been installed and activated, visit Generac.com/National to claim your free 10-year warranty. To qualify, the generator must be purchased during the promotional period, and be installed and activated by January 1, 2027.
  2. When prompted, enter your generator’s serial number.
  3. Upload your proof of purchase.
  4. Follow the additional prompts to complete your submission.

Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming the status of your submission.

This promotion is only open to residents of the United States (excludes Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) and Canada. The only Generac Generators that qualify for this special promotion are air-cooled home standby generators 10kW – 28kW.
