• Do you offer a guarantee?  Most of the contractors are going to offer some kind of guarantee of their work that says you will get your money back if you aren’t satisfied.  When they offer this guarantee, make sure you read the fine print and understand everything.
• Can you give me references? References from satisfied customers are a must when you are looking for an air conditioning repair contractor.  The only time you may not need to ask this question is when you were referred to the contractor by a trusted friend or a family member.
